The repository comprises all the raw data files for confocal imaging, super-resolution PALM and SRRF imaging, electron microscopy and electrophysiology utilised in the manuscript.

An accompanying README text file describes the IDs for each sample in each dataset, which information was used from each dataset and which figure each dataset corresponds to. An RTF file with the full dataset is also available.
